The Kata and Forms taught in Okinawa Goshukan-Ryu are comprised of three seperate styles: Okinawa Shuri-Te Karate, Nan Shaolin Wu Zhu Quan/Five Ancestor Fist, and Ryukyu Kobudo. The Kobudo forms taught in Goshukan-Ryu are supplementary training only, and are not required for testing.
